The work of VHS on ‘Textura’ is built upon a Detroit blueprint and leans towards the classic minimalist and sci-fi approach championed by the Motor City’s ‘second wave’. The unsettling textures disrupt reality through a series of oxidising and bold manoeuvres, forging a dirty and futuristic atmosphere.
