"I titled this journey βResurgenceβ because this past winter in the mountains was a period of pause, seemingly in nature, personally, artistically, and socially. Having taken a 6-month break from mixing and in large part music, one day in spring (which happens in June where I live) I felt something awaken and went to mix the sounds that drew me to creation: organic, deep, rhythmic, dubby, glistening with space here and there. Sober at last, this is my first mix under a new moniker (ππππππππ) which encapsulates the experience of being transformed in heart and mind, through His Light and Truth, which I follow. It brings me great joy to share this revival of spirit!"
The artist currently resides in the mountains of Colorado USA, and has been a reclusive DJ since 2017. Preferring the deeper sounds of techno and ambient, her mixes offer a non-linear story with meaning that dovetails the heart and mind.
